Guillaume Alamy is the fruit of France’s best creperie school in Brittany. Guillaume uses the best of our local irish produce and the best of French products to deliver his savoury crepes along with our unique cider from Brittany.

Our savoury crepes are made of buckwheat and are therefore glutenfree which is really appreciated by our coeliac customers. Buckwheat is considered as a healthy ingredient and often as a superfood due to its high mineral and antioxidant content.
